Professor Evangelista is a formidable presence in the world of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Under the tutelage of the legendary Romero “Jacare” Cavalcanti, he earned his black belt in 2008 and eventually ascended to the esteemed rank of 3rd-degree black belt. His passion for BJJ extends to competition, where he has proven himself as a multiple-time IBJJF champion; Notably earnig a gold medal at the 2008 Pan American Championships and secured medals in the 2009 and 2010 tournaments, showcasing his prowess on the mat.
Beyond his personal achievements, Professor Evangelista finds fulfillment in passing on his knowledge and skills, particularly to his children.Through his dual roles as a firefighter and BJJ practitioner, Professor Evangelista embodies the qualities of leadership, dedication, and service, leaving a lasting impact on both the fire service and the martial arts community.
Having trained martial arts since he was a child, Peter currently is 1st degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Campeão United and he has spent the last two decades competing and honing his craft while also pursuing advanced Judo and Sambo. Profesor Beerman values the philosophical side of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu because it has instilled in him a profound sense of humility and perseverance. He believes that the true essence of Jiu-Jitsu lies in its ability to foster personal growth, resilience, and mental fortitude.
He enjoys sharing his knowledge with students all over the globe, and he encourages them to embrace jiu-jitsu’s philosophy of respect, discipline, and self-improvement. Peter believes that this mindset creates a supportive learning environment where students can display their true potential and flourish in jiu-jitsu and in life..
Professor Dylan Miller is a military veteran, having served in the U.S. Army infantry. He is a 2nd degree black belt under Campeão United who brings a passion and attitude that’s unrivaled.
Dylan began training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in 2007 and received his black belt in 2019 and participated in numerous tournaments throughout America & Europe while serving his country.
Dylan is not only passionate about teaching Jiu-Jitsu, but his passion extends to helping his students OFF the mats as well. When he’s not instructing or mentoring, Dylan can be found snowboarding and traveling.
Professor Jason Brake is not only a seasoned martial artist with more than four decades of experience but also a devoted family man, a proud veteran, and a faithful Christian. With a remarkable journey spanning over 40 years, he holds a prestigious 7th-degree black belt in Isshinryu Karate and is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt accredited by the Campeão United Jiu-Jitsu Association.
In addition to his martial arts expertise, Professor Brake has earned instructor certifications in the U.S. Army Modern Combatives program, showcasing his commitment to both martial arts and self-defense. His dedication extends to the world of Muay Thai Kickboxing, where he holds instructor certifications as well. Professor Brake’s multifaceted journey, encompassing martial arts, family, faith, and service to his country, defines him as a remarkable individual and a true inspiration to those who know him.
A certified black belt instructor under Campeão United Jiu-Jitsu, Coach Wes is a Georgia native with over 20 years of grappling experience. He began his journey at Model Middle School in Rome, GA where he started wrestling, from there his love for grappling continued at Model High School. His transition to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu was in 2012,. Marrying his past with his future, Wes undertook the task of teaching wrestling for BJJ when he was just a blue belt and by the time he earned his purple belt, Wes was coaching jiu-jitsu every chance he got! He is a gentle and kind instructor who believes in everyone’s abilities on the mats, and the kids love his classes!
Coach Giancarlo Gonzalez, known as "Coach G" to the Campeão United Jiu-Jitsu students is an amazing instructor who focuses on self defense first in every lesson. A NASM-CPT, Mixed Martial Arts Conditioning Coach (MMACC), Calisthenics Specialist, with 10+ years of combined experience in the fitness, martial arts and wellness related fields, and is a wealth of knowledge for our students to tap into.

Professor Juan Reppin is a 4th Degree Black Belt under Campeão United Jiu-Jitsu. He began his Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu journey at age 16 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, quickly falling in love with competition and coaching. After earning his black belt in 2008, he trained elite military units, including the UAE Presidential Guard and U.S. Special Ops Forces (Alpha Company, 1st Battalion, 5th Special Forces Group). Juan has coached extensively worldwide—from Brazil to Europe and Japan—and deeply values the global connections fostered by Jiu-Jitsu. A father of three committed to mentoring the next generation, he now proudly calls Georgia home as part of Campeão United Jiu-Jitsu
